BIOGRAPHY
If we met in real life, I would shake your hand and say, “My name is George Hufnagl. It’s great to meet you!” And it would be great, because meeting new people is great. You would describe your interests and concerns (I would let you go first), and then I’d be psyched to share my 15 years of professional experience and delight in working with game developers, live performers, toymakers, writers, and loads of creative people. If we hit it off, which I bet we would, we might share ideas, throw most of them away, but then find that one idea that just…you know. Works! We’d nod. You’d say “Whoa.” I’d say, “Yeah.” Then maybe we’d make something of it. You also might find it relevant to hear that I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in Music Composition from 91²Ö¿â and the University of Iowa, with additional studies in sound design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. And you might find it less relevant, but I live in Skokie, Illinois, with my wife, Madeline, our two daughters, Phoebe and Winnie, and our appropriately loud dog, Zooey.
I love coffee in the morning, a beer in the evening, and cookies any time of the day.
