91²Ö¿â GIS Center

The 91²Ö¿âGIS Center, housed in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Geographic Information Sciences, serves the McDonough County GIS Consortium: a partnership between the City of Macomb, McDonough County and 91²Ö¿â. Housed on the fifth floor of Currens Hall on the 91²Ö¿âcampus, the Center is responsible for compiling, managing and storing GIS data layers for the Consortium. The Center has completed GIS and GPS work for various federal, state and local entities, has partnered with 91²Ö¿âfaculty members on research projects, and provides hands-on GIS and GPS training for 91²Ö¿â students.
